ICBS 2025

Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. The abstract must be written in English.
2. All abstract submissions must be submitted through the designated Google Form (https://forms.gle/kp8yszkki2KCBuyR9) and must include an abstract file in Word format (doc/docx).
3. An abstract template has been provided. Please download the ICBS 2025 Abstract template , insert your abstract, and upload it in the specified Google Form .
4. The presenting author of each accepted abstract is required to register for the summit to confirm participation.
5. Detailed guidelines for the oral/poster presentation will accompany the notification of acceptance.

Format of Abstract

2. All abstract submissions must include an abstract file in Word format (doc/docx).
3. Abstracts should include the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
4. The abstract text must not exceed 300 words. Graphs, tables, and illustrations are not permitted
5. Keywords (3 to 5) should be listed following the abstract text.
