Oral Presentation Guidelines

1. Presenters at ICBS 2025 are allocated 10 minutes for their presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
2. Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF format
3. Authors are encouraged to use the official ICBS 2025 slide template, available at ICBS 2025 Oral Presentation Template
4. The conference will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop, projector, and laser pointer.
5. Presenters are required to bring their presentation files on a USB drive and submit them to the session chair or a committee member before the session begins.
6. Please note that the presenting author must attend and deliver the presentation in person. Failure to do so may result in the paper being removed from the official proceedings.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

1. Posters for ICBS 2025 must be prepared in A1 size (594mm × 841mm) with a portrait orientation.
2. The title, authors, and affiliations should be clearly stated at the top, and all text must be presented in legible font sizes.
3. Authors are encouraged to use the official ICBS 2025 Poster template, available at ICBS 2025 Poster Presentation Template
4. To ensure clarity, posters should follow a logical visual flow and avoid overcrowding of content.
5. Only printed posters are accepted.
6. presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the conference.
7. Posters must be set up before the evaluation session and presenters are expected to stand by their posters during Evaluation session and their assigned session to interact with participants and answer questions
